Changing the VAT Rate

In the back office, On the Navigation Menu located on the left of the screen, select the option Inventory and next select Products.

A list of products will show. You can use the search option to find the relevant products, Search using the product Reference, Description or Department

Editing a Product to change the VAT Rate

  1. Select the Edit button this is the Blue Pencil on the action column beside the product you are changing.

  2. In the edit products function, under the Prices column you will see all current prices and VAT rate for the product.

  3. In the column VAT, using the drop down simply select the new VAT Rate.Please note these have already been set-up

  4. Once this has been changed, save your changes to the product by selecting the save button located at the top of the screen.

  5. Once all relevant products have been changed to the new VAT rate, Send changes to the POS, by selecting Update Tills and Send Changes.
