Delivery Order

Opening the Order Screen

  1. Log on to the terminal using your usual sign on method.

  2. Press the Function button and press Orders.

  3. If you have the order button as a pinned function simply press this.

Taking an Order for Delivery

  1. On the Order Screen, press the New button.

  2. In the text box enter the customers name. I would recommend taking the first and last of the customer, to help stop confusion.

  3. Press Go, this will search for existing customer.

  4. If this is a new customer press New, if it is an existing customer press Select.

  5. On the New Customer form the only field required is the name. Fill out the necessary fields for the order. I recommend taking the customers number also for all orders.

  6. For a Delivery you can Add an Address at this stage on the customer form, the address will be attached to the customer.

  7. Enter the Postcode as a search and select the correct address.

  8. On the pop-up select the order type, Delivery. Select the existing address or add a new one by pressing New Address button.

  9. You can now start to Add Products to the order.

  10. Press Send or Simply Log off when finished to sent he order to the appropriate printers.
