Gift Cards on the POS

Issuing Gifts Cards on the POS

1. Press the function button.

2. Press the Gift Cards button.

3. On the Gift cards screen , scan the gift card or enter the code (this may be located on the front of the card).

4. Fill out all the information on the form.The information entered here should be for the customer receiving the voucher. The name, email and telephone number.

5. You can change the valid for, to the businesses recommended time frame. The options are 2 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months.

6. Press Save.

7. Enter the Amount, next press the pay button and complete the payment as normal.

8. The card will be Updated with the Amount.

Topping up a Gift Card

1. Press the function button.

2. Press the Gift Cards button.

3. On the Gift cards screen , scan the gift card or enter the code (this may be located on the front of the card).

4. Next on the gift card screen, select the Top-up Button.

5. Enter the Amount, next press the pay button and complete the payment as normal.

6. The card will be Updated with the Amount.

Paying using a Gift Card

1. Complete the transaction as normal.

2. Select the Pay Button.

3. Chose the previously set up Tender connected to Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards

4. Swipe the Card or Enter the Code.

5. The Amount will be taken from the Card.

Please note if the transaction is more than the gift cad is worth complete the rest of the payment as normal.
