Instore Order

Opening the Order Screen

  1. Log on to the terminal using your usual sign on method.

  2. Press the Function button and press Orders.

  3. If you have the order button as a pinned function simply press this.

Taking an Instore Order

  1. Click on the new button.

  2. In the text box enter the customers name. I would recommend that you take the customers full name to stop confusion. Press Go to check for an existing customer.

  3. If it is a new customer press New. Fill out the necessary fields for the order. Press the save button. For all orders I recommend that you take the customers telephone number.

  4. On the pop-up select the order type, Instore

  5. You can now start to add products to the order.

  6. Press send or simply log off for the order to be sent to the appropriate printers.
