IWF-Closing Store

Closing your store on the POS

1. Login to thePOS using your usual log in method.

2. Select the Function Button, located at the top of the grid.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the iWantFed button.

   

4. The Status of your store will show.

5. Select Close Store Button

   

6. Select the closure time. From the drop down select the Order type, Delivery, Collection or both.

7. Next, Select the Duration, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes,1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours or the rest of the day.

8. Once this has been completed select Confirm, your online iWantfed store time-slots will be closed.

   

Please Note: Once the store has been closed the branch email will receive a notification stating the store has been closed and the duration it is closed for.
