Tapa Order is where you can view all of the orders made online to your store. From here you can view and refund the orders. You can use the criteria to filter the orders by date.
Viewing an Order
On the Navigation Menu scroll and find ordering, select tapa orders.
Change the date from and date to for the order you wish to view. Select Refresh data.
Below this on the list is where the orders will show.
From the action column, press the view button, this is the button with the magnifying glass.
You will be taken to the Order Review page. Which shows an overview of the order?
You can view the Customers name, total of order, the order number, the time of the order and the payment type and the items ordered.
Refunding an Online order
On the Tapa Orders Menu, select the date the order was made, press refresh data.
Find the order you wish to refund, this can be identified using the order number, the name or the address of the customer.
On the Action column press the refund button, this is the button with a circle arrow icon.
On the refund pop up, enter the amount that is being refund and the reason for the refund. Please note, the full amount has already been auto filled.
Press refund, if this is the correct Order, if not press close.
The refund will then be processed and given to the customer.
The Status of the order will change to refunded.
