Questions

The question function is added to a product that requires information, For examples items that have an age restriction.

These can be set as reminders for staff to ID customers that may not be the age required to buy the product, this will also confirm the age of the customer.

Adding a new question

• Select the +New Question.

• Reference number is set- we do not recommend changing this.

• Select the type of Question and a enter a description of the question.

• Click Save.

• You then need to attach the question to the product
