Settings

Settings controls the End of Day (EOD), this allows the user to choose if the EOD can happen under certain circumstances. If you would like an automatic EOD and shutdown of the POS this can be done here.

  • Show Voids- The voids will be shown on the end of day.

  • Show refunds- The refunds made on the POS will be shown on the end of day.

  • Allow open tables- If tables are still open this option will allow the end of day to happen and close the till. If tables are finalised after the end of day has been done these tables will be on the next end of day.

  • Allow open orders- The same as open tables if an order has not been closed/cashed then the End of Day can still be ran closing the Till. If an order is finalised after the End of Day then these orders will be present on the next End of Day completed.

  • Shutdown POS – This will automatically shut the POS off after the End of Day has been completed.

  • Automatically Run, Automatic Time- When the automatically run option is selected an automatic time must be chosen. This will let the End of Day run at a selected time every day. The time is up to the business depending on their closing time.
