Updating Tills- From the Back Office

In the top corner of your management console, you find the Update tills button which will send any back-office changes to your tills.

All back office changes must be updated to tills for them to work successfully.

Sending Changes from back office to tills.

  • Firstly you must select the update tills button

  • Once this button has been has been selected you will be taken to the send changes to till page.

  • Select the Send changes button. On this page it shows the changes that will be committed to the POS. It also lets the user know the time the changes were made.

  • The user will receive an email informing them that the changes to the till have been sent.

  • Next the user must enter the POS and update the till. *Updating the POS is shown in another article *

  • Once these steps have been completed the changes will be committed to the til.
