Tapa Office supports a multi-tiered business structure, encompassing various levels such as organisation, company, branch, and location. This hierarchical framework serves as a structural foundation, aiding businesses with diverse entities in the efficient management of their operations.
The drop-down list serves as a quick and accessible way for users to navigate and switch between different Companies and Branches within the back office system. Each branch represents a distinct physical location or division of the business. If your orgainisation or company has multiple branches these can be selected from the drop-down list to the right of the logo.
Note: If an Organisation has only one Company and One Branch the system will default to these.
Caution: Please ensure if a back-office user has access to multiple Companies amd Branches that the correct branch is selected when any changes are performed.
