Switching the Point of Sale to Refund Mode.
1.Open the function menu, and press refund mode.
2.You may need to enter a manager code. If required get the manager or supervisor to enter their Pin code, Swipe their card or use the Biometric reader. 3.A notification box is then displayed and Refund Mode is shown on the status bar at the top of the Screen.
Refunding Products
Once the Point of Sale terminal is in refund once select the product or products you wish to refund.
If reasons are configured you may be required to select and enter a reason for the refund.
Press the Pay button and finalise using the tender that the customer paid with, For example Cash.
