Scheduled Reports

Scheduled reports allow the user to set up reports to be emailed to them daily, monthly or yearly depending on the requirement.

Adding a Scheduled Report

1.Firstly select the report you want to Schedule.

2.Enter a Description of the report chosen.

3.Click Next.

4.Apply the desired criteria for you business.

  • Report Criteria- You can select the branch,location and terminal relevant to your business.

  • Duration- You can set a time unit this will be daily,weekly or monthly depending on the need of the report for the business.

    • Next,choose the number of previous days. This is the number of days you want included. If you want the current day enter 1 and select the Include Current Day Button.

    • Weekly, you chose the number of previous weeks. If you want the current week enter 1 and select Include Current Week Button.

    • Monthly, you choose the number of previous months you can included in the report. If you want the current month select Include Current Month Button

  • Schedule- This sets up the time and how often the reports are sent out.

  • Recipients- This is where you attach your email you want the report to be sent to.
