Scheduled reports allow the user to set up reports to be emailed to them daily, monthly or yearly depending on the requirement.
Adding a Scheduled Report
1.Firstly select the report you want to Schedule.
2.Enter a Description of the report chosen.
3.Click Next.
4.Apply the desired criteria for you business.
Report Criteria- You can select the branch,location and terminal relevant to your business.
Duration- You can set a time unit this will be daily,weekly or monthly depending on the need of the report for the business.
Next,choose the number of previous days. This is the number of days you want included. If you want the current day enter 1 and select the Include Current Day Button.
Weekly, you chose the number of previous weeks. If you want the current week enter 1 and select Include Current Week Button.
Monthly, you choose the number of previous months you can included in the report. If you want the current month select Include Current Month Button
Schedule- This sets up the time and how often the reports are sent out.
Recipients- This is where you attach your email you want the report to be sent to.
