Printing Shelf Edge Labels

Log on to the POS terminal using your usual log on method.

1. Press the Function Button.

   

2. Press the Labels Button.

3. Next press the Product Search Button located at the top of the screen.

4. In the text box enter the name of the product, and select the magnifying glass to search.

5. Press the Select button beside the product you want to add to the list, when finished select the Back button.

   

6. Press the Print all button for all product on the list the be printed.

7. An alert will show stating if “Would you like the clear the spool list now?”. Press yes if you would like the list to be cleared and if you would like the list to remain then simply press no.

   

8. When finished simply return to the transaction grid by pressing the back off and log of the POS.

Extra Features

Printing Multiples of a Product

1. At the start of the product in the Qty column, simply press the + to increase the amount of labels to be printed and the - to decrease the amount of labels that are printed for a product.

   

Removing Products from the list

1. At the top of the screen, select the clear list button.Alternatively press the delete button beside the product you want to remove.
