Stock Item
Stock Items are the products or ingredients that are ordered from Suppliers and stock levels recorded. Stock items are attached to products, so that when a product is sold the stock levels will be adjusted accordingly.

Adding a New Item- This allows users to create new stock items to be added to the back-office system.

Search- Allows stock items to be filtered by Reference (code), Description or Stock Category

Import- Allows a user to download an excel template, fill in the relevant stock item details in excel and then import into the system (Please note, reserved for advanced users only)

Print- Prints the on-screen Stock Item list

PDF- Saves the Stock Item list in Adobe PDF format

Excel- Exports the Stock Item list into Microsoft Excel Format
Editing and Deleting Stock Items

To edit the item Select the edit button on the action column, this is the pencil icon.

To delete a stock item select the delete button on the action column, this is the bin icon.
