Transaction Orders

Transaction order reports allow the user to view orders made online and from the POS e.g collection, instore or deliveries. This report shows the date, order number, the customers, the type of order and the price of the order.

The criteria to filter the search is a date range, once the criteria have been chosen select refresh data button, a list of the orders made on the days selected will appear.

The action column of the grid is where you can view the orders in more detail.

Transaction Order Review The transaction order review will show all relevant information related to the order

• The customer account
• The type of order
• The address, if the order was a delivery
• The total amount of the order.
• Time the order was opened and closed
• The order number and the the transaction number

Also shown is the transaction order review is the items on the order and also the payments against the order.
