Departments

Additional Options Departments are sub reporting category within the system and are in the reporting hierarchy below Groups and above Products. Groups need to be set up first before the department can be added.Additional Options can be used to view and edit Departments. This article explains how the work.

New Department- This allows users to create new Department. The link below shows how to set-up a new department.

Search- Allows departments to be filtered by Department Reference (code), Description or Department Description

Import- Allows a user to download an excel template, fill in the relevant details in excel and then import into the system (Please note, reserved for advanced users only)

Print- Prints the list of Departments

PDF- Saves the list of Departments in Adobe PDF format

Excel- Exports the Department list into Microsoft Excel Format
