Loyalty Settings

A loyalty program models allow customer to accumulate points through sales on you online store. Customers earn points on every purchase they make, which can be redeemed for a reward to encourage them to make a repeat purchase. Rewarding your customers for their loyalty and frequent engagement with your brand can help distinguish your brand from other competitors and also make customers feel valued.

Loyalty Settings.

  1. Select Customer, next select Loyalty Settings.

  2. Select the Enabled button, this will allow for customers to receive loyalty points.

  3. Enter the Purchase Value, this is how much the customer must spend before they receive loyalty points.

  4. Enter the Purchase Min Spend, the minimum amount the customer must spend before receiving loyalty points.

  5. Enter the Purchase Max Points, the maximum amount of points the customer can receive pre-transaction.

  6. Enter the Account Max Points, the maximum amount of points a customer account can have.

  7. Enter the Spend Value, the Value of the Loyalty Points.

  8. Enter the Spend Min Points, the amount of points needed to spend loyalty points.

  9. Enter the Spend Max Point, the amount of points that can be spent in a transaction.

  10. When finished select Save.

Example

For every £10 the customer spends they receive One loyalty point. One loyalty point is valued at £1.

  1. The tender type selected must be loyalty.

Enabling Loyalty for a Group

  1. Select Customer, Next select Groups.

  2. Edit the group which loyalty will apply.

  3. Make sure the loyalty box is ticked. This ensures the group is eligible for loyalty to be applied.

Enabling Loyalty for a Customer

  1. Select Customer, Next search for the customer.
    • You can search using the customer reference or name.
  1. Edit the customer, select the pencil icon.

  2. Ensure the loyalty box is ticked. This ensures the customer is eligible for loyalty to be applied to their orders when the customer account is used.

Redeeming Loyalty on the POS

  1. The Customer Account must be attached to the transaction.

  2. Complete the transaction as normal.

  3. To redeem the points, select the tender created for loyalty points. All of the loyalty point accumulated by the customer will be used in this transaction.
